This Revisited is about one of my favorite shows in recent memory. It's an anime and a tv show, something I don't usually cover on Revisited but I just couldn't help myself. You see when I fist caught wind of this show, I didn't really think much of it. At first glance, I thought it was another generic anime with an all powerful protagonist. However, when I finally gotten around to watching the first episode something hit me. It reminded of another anime actually, another anime that I love dearly with that being Naruto. You Naruto is one of the basic entry anime's but that doesn't mean it isn't any good. The thing I loved about Naruto is the underdog story and how he turned himself from zero to hero is a beautiful character arc. He fought through hardships, mentor's dying, being an orphan, and losing his best friend and he still got up.

He got up and fought till the very end for those he cared about and to see him achieve his dream of being Hokage was a tear jerking moment for me. What made Naruto special wasn't the awesome fight scenes or interesting storylines but the characters and their arcs throughout the story especially Naruto's. My Hero Academia does just that but with a twist. You see, Deku is a very dorky fanboy in the beginning but as the show progress and even we caught a glimpse of it in the first episode, you see this unquenched thirst of fighting in him. This thirst of wearing a smile when nothing is going your way, putting your body on the line for those you care and saving those who can't save themselves.

The show gives off this energy almost like an adrenaline rush as you watch the fight scenes which helps make you invested in the characters and their will to win. It isn't about if they or wont they but how hard are they going to push themselves in order to succeed. That is what hooked me on the show and from then on I just fell in love with it, the show as whole. So go out there if you haven't already and watch My Hero Academia and go PLUS ULTRA. This has been Revisited, thanks for reading. Ricardo signing off.
