Another week of quarantine has passed and man, do I wish it was over already. Being stuck in your house sucks. Your left with just yourself to deal with as well as staying in a place that used to be your oasis and that is now your prison in some ways. You wake up, live, and sleep in the same place for the whole day doing everything in the confines of your home. You stare out the window wondering how much you took the outside world for granted and how much you missed doing the things you did unshackled by dilemmas or pandemics. This is our new life now but it doesn't mean we cant work with or strive to be better while coup up in our bedrooms.

The true thing is that we're not stuck. The feeling of being stuck stems off from being forced to come face to face with our problems. Problems from a dirty room, bad eating habits, not exercising, or not being fulfilled by your job. Us being in quarantined forces us to come to terms with that and much more. It forces us to reevaluate ourselves in a way and more and more we push against that the more this quarantine drains us. Go and do things your pushing aside, go exercise, research better jobs and quite possibly do something to push your life forward instead of just sitting and pushing your life backwards. This has been Topic of the Week, thanks for reading. Ricardo signing off
