Weekly Blog #24 - "A Pandemic!" or Sort of

Come weary traveler and rest up near the warm flames of the fire. I never knew that being 21, that I would still have a curfew to account for. Yet, that is our life now, but hopefully not for the long haul. Everyone is freaking out about the corona virus and it's looking like something out of a pandemic movie as each day goes by. Others also see it as nothing, a simple cold even and that it will pass eventually. No one truly knows what to think and that of course feeds into the pandemic more. News isn't giving us solid answers nor is our government, which is just all too assuring.

So now everyone is huddled in their houses next to their mounds of toilet paper and baths filled with sanitizers. In my opinion, I think this whole situation is over blown as a lot of things are due to the result of the internet. However, it does not do anybody ill to prepare for the worse. It's better to have a plan and not use it than not have it and fail because you didn't have one. So the last thing I'll say on the matter is stay safe and inside as the world finds a way to combat the virus and enjoy having a time off and being with family.
