Well another week and another blog post. It has gotten colder which means more layers of clothing and more blankets when I go to sleep. It's also has gotten closer to my Birthday which, funny enough, falls on a Monday. Monday gets a lot of slack, but it isn't a bad day, its how you perceive it to be. You see, you control your destiny and it's as simple as that. No one else controls your action, your voice, or how you go about things. Its up to you to decide how you go about the world and sometimes so much freedom can be terrifying. Thats why so many college students like myself go out in the world not knowing what to do. We can do anything and I mean anything we set our mind to, but were so terrified that we may make the wrong decision and screw up. However, all the success stories you hear all starts at humble beginnings, at points of failure, or when the going gets tough. However, those select few prevail and push on because they believe in themselves. Me saying this to you isn't going to make you a billionaire, a celebrity, or even forget about all your worries. Like I said before, no one can change your future except yourself.

Nearing 21 years of age made me realize that. I didn't like how I was living my life. I felt stagnant, still do a bit, and down in the dumps. I stared at a black hole and blinked, but then I stopped myself. I stopped myself from sinking deeper. I followed a routine, I did things I wanted to do, and chose to look at life like the optimistic kid I was. One day, turned into a week, a week turned into a month and soon I was back on my two feet. Of course, I still have a lot to go, but it doesn't deter me, instead it reinvigorates me. I always loved a challenge and life is that great big challenge only few people get a chance to succeeded at. So right now I'm on the Up & Up and I plan to keep it that way. So what I ask is to stare yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, "What can I do better?". It's not a easy road for if it was, more people would do it. Be that small few and chase your goddamn dreams. This has been the Weekly Blog, thanks for reading. Ricardo signing off.
