Hello and welcome to another Weekly Blog post and as you can probably already tell, Fall has arrived and man, is it cold. Last week was quite uneventful for me to say the least but there was a few bright spots here and there. For one, I have been progressing a lot in the gym and been PRing like crazy with my bench press, squats, and Deadlifts. All I want or really my main goal is to build muscle of course but also build strength and so far it seems that it's working out well. Weight lifting is challenging since results are not always there and evident since it takes time if your doing all you can to reach them. Some days you'll lift just the same as you did last week, sometimes worse, but other times you'll lift almost twice as much so really it all comes down to going in and putting the work which I've doing consistently as of late.

The other bright spot in my life has been what I talked about in my last Topic of the Week post. If you haven't read it, basically I matched with this girl that I had a huge crush on in high school. I first kind of fell for her when I did the same sport she did and it kind of blossomed from there. At the time I was just too shy to talk to her about how I felt and well she was already in a relationship and so I put those feelings to bed and moved on. Of course, it pained me every time I saw her but she was happy and so I left it at that. Years pass and I'm scrolling through Tinder as every single young adult is doing and found I got a like and from none other than her. It defiantly shocked me when I first saw and so I'll leave it at that as the story for now between us is still unfinished.

So that has been my week in a nutshell. I haven't been doing much besides writing for my book, sketching, and practicing my guitar as well as having little moments like those above sprinkled throughout my week. So for next week I defiantly want to accomplish by next week is to sketch at least two drawings, record an episode for my podcast, and finish a chapter or two for my book. Oh and also I start my job this week which has me both excited and nervous since I hate starting new things so wish me luck with it as well as with a lot of things in my life especially my love life, jeez does that need assistance more than anything. This has been the Weekly Blog, thanks for reading. Ricardo Signing Off
