As stated in the title, I can't express how much that I hate work. Of course, I'm not talking about working towards a goal or helping people in need or things of that nature but rather what I'm talking about is the nine to five job that just sucks done to the bone of it all. Young adults have to subjugate themselves to going through and working a mind numbing job in retail, the food industry, or whatever else for most of their young life, the part of their life that is supposed to be the peak of their life however, that is eventually taken from them as they have to work for most of their day everyday because if they didn't well how could they live than? Not only do they have to do that but they have to juggle college, their social life, and if they really are lucky with some time on their hands, their love life as well. Of course, I'm not saying it can't be done but man, it's frustrating for the innovators of this world, for those who find the tasks of a regular job mind numbing to their creative process as well as hindering.
I have my job which is fine at the moment but not only does it take a lot out of me but also it takes a lot of time from the day for me. I want to go workout, write my book, illustrate, go to college, make a podcast, make a movie but that all that has to take a backseat because my job takes precedent and not because I want it. I would love for my writing career to take the front seat but I can't live my life without a job at the moment. Now more than ever your tied down with having to pay for a lot of things to which you feel like a zombie every morning doing the same thing over and over and for what really? For a house, a family, a future but god knows if that will ever happen since the future is as unpredictable as what movie you'll watch tonight. What I'll leave you with from this very dull post which I apologize for is that to just live your day to the fullest because we don't have much time so go and spend whatever you have doing what you love each and everyday. This has been the Weekly Blog, thanks for reading. Ricardo Signing Off
