Weekly Blog #58 - Restless Night Turns, Restless Days

I can't say that I have gotten any quality sleep in the past few days and man, does it suck like any would think it would be. I remember the days when sleep was simply optional. When as a kid I would sleep so little hours and still have energy in reserves for the next day, but now I feel like a literal mummy when I don't get the medically required hours. Work has been killing me lately and in turn it has been killing my gains as I've become unmotivated to workout which of course is the result of not getting enough sleep since with work and the other things I want to do, I find little time to fully relax which that dives in into the time I should be sleeping. So in short, It's one vicious cycle but hey, you got to start somewhere am I right? However, in all seriousness I should be fine as long as I get the sleep I need so on that note I am off to do well, my workout that I was supposed to do half and hour ago, bye! Ricardo Signing Off
