With every week, there comes newfound stress to be discovered. There is no running from it as no matter what you do, it's going to come back to bite you somehow someday. The only way to truly deal with stress is to face it head on. That being to tackle your goals, to keep up with your mental health, and finally, just making the right decisions in life as well as surrounding yourself with the right people. Of course, there isn't a perfect recipe for life but rather there are blueprints all around of people's life once lived that you can follow. Using those you can help piece together your own and use it to live the best life you possibly can and so that is how you can life your life as stress free as possible. Ricardo Signing Off
