Weekly Blog #63 - Vinyl

So now more than ever, I have been getting really invested in music and because of that I have gotten into vinyls as of late. With listening to music, I always found streaming to be the way to go. It's easy and was always a go to since I've been using Spotify and making playlists on their platform. However, vinyl has always intrigued me in many ways from collecting music based on the love of an artist or album, the aesthetic of it all and of course audiophile sound you get from listening to vinyl but it comes at a cost. Not only is the vinyl expensive at times especially if it's rare but also the turntable and speakers can get pretty pricey. Also, getting to know how to set up and what to set up can get pretty intimidating since their is a lot to take in. So going through all of that I finally pick up a turntable and speakers to go along with my ever growing vinyl collection to try out what I have been waiting to for almost a couple years now.
